Siem Reap - Sihanoukville - Phnom Penh

Day 1: Siem Reap
We’ll meet you and take you to your hotel to freshen up before we head for dinner at a local restaurant and enjoy an Apsara dance show. (D)

Day 2: Siem Reap
Visit the Bayon temple complex, with its enormous imposing faces, then onto the grandeur of the Leper King and Elephant Terraces. En-route, we’ll visit ancient Ta Prohm temple with trees growing out of the ruins against the jungle surroundings. Next stop, we’ll explore Angkor Wat, an ancient temple complex, a UNESCO World Heritage Site that depicts the epitome of the high classical style of Khmer architecture and also its significance as a religious center. Day 3: Siem Reap
This morning, we’ll travel north to visit the elegant temple of Banteay Srei, comprising three central towers decorated with male and female divinities. The special charm of this temple lies in its remarkable state of preser vation, small size and excellent decoration. On the way back to Siem Reap, we’ll stop at Les Ar tisans d’Angkor, a workshop to redevelop traditional Cambodian artisan skills. Then we’ll visit Wat Bo and shop at the Old Market. (B / L / D)

Day 4: Siem Reap - Sihanoukville
Today, you will take flight to Sihanoukville, Cambodia’s most popular beach destination. After arrival, check in hotel then free and easy at your own leisure. Walk around the local markets or just enjoy the evening by the beach. (B)

Day 5: Sihanoukville
Your day is free at leisure to enjoy the sandy beaches, laid back atmosphere, range of recreation activities, and the sumptuous seafood. (B)

Day 6: Sihanoukville - Phnom Penh
Today, you will transfer to Phnom Penh by private coach. After arriving in Phnom Penh, you will check in hotel. Rest of time is free for you to explore the streets of the capital city. (B / L)

Day 7: Phnom Penh
The artistry and architecture richness of the Khmer culture is evident in the capital city of Phnom Penh. Marvel at the oldest structure, Wat Phnom from the founding days of the city; the Royal Palace with the Silver Pagoda, which dates to the mid-19th century, and the Independence Monument, constructed more recently in the 1950s. Learn more about Cambodia’s history at the National Museum and Cambodia’s recent tragic history retold at Tuol Sleng, a former Khmer Rouge prison.Thereafter, you’re free to bargain at the Toul Tom Poung Market also known as Russian Market with its silks, silver, crafts, and a large variety of gift items. Complete the day with a leisurely dinner cruise along Mekong river. (B / L / D)

Day 8: Phnom Penh
Your day is free before we take to you to the airport for your flight home. (B)
