07:00 – 07:30 – Our guide will meet you at your hotel/stay and start 110km modern Bus-journey through verdant landscape of countryside. Short-brake en route.

10:45 – Visiting Hoa Lu Ancient Citadel with Dinh King Temple and Le King Temple dating back to the 17th Century.

12:00 – Enjoying the lunch at our restaurant with the great local cuisines.

13:30 – Leaving for the Trang An Grottoes, an out-standing natural beauty of majestic limestone massif at 20 square kilometer rise dramatically out from rice paddy fields. Deep into the linked chains of towering mountain are pristine places of mystical valleys, numerous fresh water ponds, and jungle.
Embarking on a traditional sampan gently rowed down the exquisite river through numerous caves: Lam Cave, Vang Cave, Dai Cave, Thanh Truot Cave,…and Cao Sơn Temple, Suoi Tien Temple, Vu Lam Temple…

15:30 – Arriving Mua Cave and start an amazing trek up to the top of Ngoa Long mountain for watching the spectacular rice valley with specious view of the nature.

17:15 – Returning to our bus and then come back to Ha Noi

08.00 – 8.30 Leave Ha Noi city for Ha Long International Cruise Port in Bai Chay town, Ha Long city. Refresh up at the lounge.

13.15 Have lunch while cruising in the magnificent Ha Long Bay, admiring the fascinating nature, then anchor at Titop Island area.

15.00 – 16.00 Join a guided visit to Sung Sot Cave (also called Amazing Cave), one of the biggest and the most beautiful caves in Ha Long Bay.

12:15 – 13:00 From Tuan Chau wharf, Tuan Chau Island of Ha Long city, we go to Calypso Cruise by small boat. A warmly welcome drinks will be served upon arrival the cruise then has a short time for check in proceeds: get a brief introduction and safety guidelines then check in

Have lunch while cruising in the magnificent Ha Long Bay, admiring the fascinating nature, then anchor at Lan Ha Bay area.

15:00 Join a guide to explore hidden parts of the bay, the area of Dark and Bright cave where to goes through the cave, under the mountain to a lake which is formed by a Karst – well like a dragon eye inside the mountain. This is a very beautiful sight that visitors like the most. You share a sampan with other tourists with a local rower OR taking a kayak on your own.

Return to Calypso Cruises for changing swimming suits then join swimming time in the sea or at the swimming pool on sundeck.

12:15 Transferred by speed boat to La Regina Grand Cruises. Welcome aboard the cruise, refresh with our welcome drink while Cruise Manager briefing cruise orientation, activities & on board safety. The boat starts to cruise to Lan Ha Bay.

8.00 – 9.00 Join a guided to explore hidden parts of the bay, Luon cave. You share a sampan with other tourists with a local rower or take a kayak on your own.

09.30 Check out of your room. Oriental Sails weighs the anchor to continue to roam the picturesque route toward Bai Chay bridge for photos.

07:30 Then you take a bus route for about 20 minutes on Cat Ba Island from Gia Luan Pier to visit Trung Trang Grotto, a special place to save the significant of Karst in millions of years. During the travel, you will be immersed in the wild fresh natural scenery of Cat Ba National Park.

8:45 – 9:00 Return to Calypso Cruises for shower.

9:30 Check out of your room.

9:30 – 10:30 An early lunch will be served.

10:30 – 10:45 After paying the bills, a small boat will take all of us to Tuan Chau wharf.

11:15 – 11:30 Calypso cruises end at Tuan Chau wharf and return to Hanoi to take flight to Danang. Upon arrival you will be transferred to your hotel in Hoi An. Then you are free. Overnight in Hoi An.

Itinerary for La Regina Grand cruise (5 star)

06:00 Greet the new day on the sundeck with a tachi session. Enjoy the fresh air on the bay while you unwind with a cup of tea or coffee.

06:45 Enjoy a quick breakfast on board and get your day going with plenty of energy.

07:30 You will join the tour of Cat Ba World Biosphere. It will take you around 30 minutes to transfer from Gia Luan to Trung Trang – one of the most impressive caves in Cat Ba Island, Vietnam.

09:40 Lunch is served in the restaurant while the boat heads back to the harbor.

11:00 Disembark from the cruise as our crew as farewell, back to Tuan Chau Marina by our speed boat.

Disembark at the Tuan Chau Marina where our tour guide and driver are waiting to return to Hanoi to take flight to Danang. Upon arrival you will be transferred to your hotel in Hoi An. Then you are free. Overnight in Hoi An.

Day 5Hoi An - Free Day (Breakfast)

Optional tour to Bana Hills

07:00 – 08:00: Pick up at your hotel and depart to Ba Na hills.

09:00: Arrive at the cable car station Hoi An. Sitting in the cabin, in midair, looking upon the endless tree line of the forest. Experiencing the pristine ecological system of the Ba Na Mountain will leave you with a sense of unforeseeable discovery.

09:30: Visit the Le Jardin, old wineries – remains of French Villas and Linh Ung pagoda with a 27m high Buddha statue. Leave Le Jardin for Gare Debay, the second cable car station, to go to the top of Ba Na

10:30: Visit and play games at the Fantasy Park- Ba Na Hills Fantasy Park- the third largest indoor amusement park in the world (only some free games depending on Ba Na policy).

11h30: Have a lunch buffet at Restaurant.

12:30: Conquer the Peak of Chua Mountain at the height of 1,487m. Enjoy the panorama view of the Da Nang from the top of Ba Na Hills. And then visit Golden Bridge.

14:30: Return to cable car station and transfer to Da Nang

15:00- 15:30: Return to your hotel.

Day 6Hoi An - Free Day (Breakfast)

Today you are free for your own exploration in Hoi An. Overnight in Hoi An.

Meal included: Breakfast at hotel.

Optional tour to My Son

8.00 – 8.30: our guide picks you up at your hotel and departs to My Son holy land – the world cultural heritage.

10.00: Arrive at My Son and we’ll have 2 hours to discover the site by walking throughout the landscape, learning histories with our local English-speaking guide, and enjoying the Champa’s traditional performances.

11.30: Get back to the minivan and move to a local house to learn how to make rice paper, you will enjoy your own hand-making product later!

12.00: Back to the van and have lunch at another local house. relax with cold herbal tea, nice foods, and fresh air.

13.30: take a boat trip to Hoi An with a nice and cool breeze on boarding, beautiful river scenery on the biggest river in the Central of Vietnam named as Thu Bon River.

14.30: arrive at Hoi An, we will drop you at your hotel. Tour ends!

Day 7Hoi An Da Nang Ho Chi Minh City (Breakfast)

Suggestion flight time from 10:00 – 12:00

There is some free time for your own exploration in Hoi An until we transfer to the airport to take a flight to Ho Chi Minh City. Upon arrival at Tan Son Nhat airport, you are met and transferred to your hotel. Then you are free. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 8Ho Chi Minh City Phnom Penh (Land Border Crossing) (Breakfast)

Your time in Vietnam has come to an end today, as you rise early and cross the Moc Bai Border toward Phnom Penh, your first stop in Cambodia.

The country’s cultural epicenter, riverside Phnom Penh is home to ornate temples, fascinating museums, and fragrant cuisine, all waiting to be uncovered. After your arrival, the rest of the day is spent at your leisure – visit the city’s legendary temples, abandoned centuries ago by the ancient Khmer kingdom or head to the Royal Palace for a glimpse into how the historic nobility once lived. Then you are free. Overnight in Phnom Penh.

Day 9Phnom Penh Siem Reap - No Guide (Breakfast)

Breakfast is at the hotel. Then you are free in the morning. In the early afternoon, meet our driver (no guide) at the hotel’s lobby then transfer to Giant Ibis bus station for the journey within 6 hours to Siem Reap City. Once you arrive in Siem Reap, you will be welcomed and transferred (no guide) to the hotel by our car driver. Check in, simply have free time at the hotel’s poolside.

Day 10Siem Reap - Angkor Wat (Breakfast)

Siem Reap’s famous temple complex awaits you today – a bucket-list attraction for travelers across the world.

Begin with the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Angkor Wat. Rising majestically from the jungle, this 12th-century Buddhist temple complex spans 400 acres and is rich in archaeological treasures. Unofficially acknowledged as one of the wonders of the world, this incredibly well-preserved site is an architectural triumph.

Continue to Angkor Thom, the last city of the Khmer Empire, whose 12th-century temples and statues are a fascinating remnant of the Cambodian Middle Ages. Explore Bayon Temple, with its collection of smiling stone faces, and explore the hauntingly beautiful remains of Ta Prohm, a 12th-century Buddhist temple reclaimed by nature, with winding vines weaving around its crumbling walls.

To finish the day, climb to the upper terraces of one of the ancient buildings to view the spectacular sunset. Then you are free. Overnight in Siem Reap.

Day 11Siem Reap Ho Chi Minh City (Breakfast)

There is some free time for your own exploration in Siem Reap until we transfer to the airport (no guide) to take a flight to Ho Chi Minh. On arrival at Tan Son Nhat airport, you are met and transferred to your hotel. Then you are free. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh.

Optional tour: Tonle Sap Lake

Breakfast at the hotel, before continuing your last trip to Kampong Phluk. Kampong Phluk is a commune and village in Siem Reap Province in northern-central Cambodia. It is a floating village on the Tonle Sap. The name means “Harbor of the Tusks” and it is one of natural tourisms and a mangrove for hundreds of species of freshwater fishes and birds and decorated with ethnic stilted houses lined over the water surface up to the air. The villages are primarily Khmer and have about 3000 inhabitants between them, most of whom live in stilt houses. The people depend largely on fishing and tourism for their incomes. We embark on the traditional wooden boat through the flooded forests of the Great Tonle Sap Lake, habitat of many bird species. It will bring you to Kampong Phluk. This amazing floating village is built on 8m to 10m high stilts. We visited an island pagoda, a school and traditional stilt houses to interact with the local families. Return to Siem Reap for refreshment. This evening explores Artisan D’ Angkor, home of handicrafts or Old Market for buying souvenirs and gifts.

Day 12Ho Chi Minh City Mekong Delta (My Tho - Ben Tre) (Breakfast / Lunch)

7h30 AM Our tour guide will welcome you at your hotel before heading to My Tho city by bus. Enjoy the scenery and green rice paddies during the one-and-a-half-hour bus ride. Along the way, we will visit Vinh Trang pagoda, the biggest pagoda in the Mekong delta. Continue to My Tho, where we take a boat trip along the Mekong River, where you can see fish cages and floating houses on the river.

The boat takes you to a small canal, escaping the hustle and bustle of the town. We disembark at a coconut island in Ben Tre and enjoy a walk around the village. Stop at a local family home to enjoy tropical fruit, taste the honey tea and honey wine and listen to Vietnamese traditional music performed by the villagers. Check out the coconut candy shop and learn how to make candy, and see handicrafts made from the coconuts.

Take your time snapping photos and enjoy the natural scenery before we head to the local restaurant. Lunch is set with special Vietnamese food. Enjoy your lunch outside under the shade of the trees. After lunch, enjoy your time relaxing, walking around the village, or perhaps going for a short bike ride. Travel back to Saigon and arrive around 5.00 pm for the end of the tour. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.

Optional tour to Cu Chi Tunnel

In the morning, we head to Cu Chi Tunnels which are in an area known during the American War in Vietnam as the ‘Iron Triangle’, on account of the strength of its Communist insurgency. Cu Chi was also the conclusion to many caravan paths that traced down from the Chinese border, across mountain borders with Laos and into the Mekong Delta, which later became known as the Ho Chi Minh Trail. The network, which is several stories deep in some parts, includes trapdoors, living areas, storage facilities, weapon factories, field hospitals, command centres and kitchens.

Day 14Ho Chi Minh City Departure Back to Perth (Breakfast)

Your final day starts with breakfast at the hotel followed by check-out. You will then be transferred to the airport for the departure flight to your home. The trip ends at the airport.
