The tour and package arrangements referred to in this brochure are valid for departures from 01 January 2024 to 31 December 2024 and are subject to conditions. Prices are correct at time of release and are subject to change without notice during the validity of this brochure.
A non-refundable deposit of AUD $1,000.00 per person must be received by VN Holidays within 3 days of confirmation of your booking otherwise booking will be cancelled without notice. Full balance must be received within 60 days.
Any booking that is made within 60 days, full payment is due immediately from confirmation and non-refundable.
Rebook fee is applied per person plus any fare/ tax difference if applicable. Within 48 hours prior to departure time, exchange is not acceptable.

Hotel accommodation: Twin share accommodation is based on share of twin room as allocated by the supplier. Single accommodation must be reserved by people travelling alone and is subject to the payment of applicable supplement.
Land only, service fee and cancellation: If booking land only, a minimum of 3 nights is required per booking or a $25 service fee will apply. Hotels reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the first night after reservation has been confirmed, or full length of stay charges – this is subject to the hotel conditions. Non-refundable for no show. An administration of $30 applies.
Cancellations, alterations, reissues and other services:
Prior to final payment – there will be no refund of your deposit, or any supplier advance payment or additional deposit where applicable.
After final payment – there will be no refund of your deposit and there may be cancellation fees charged by airlines, hotels or ground/cruise operators of all or part of the price paid.
After booking documents have been issued, any alteration for existing booking a fee of $50 per booking is applied. Transfer to other package or service is not applicable.
Travel insurance: Travel insurance is strongly recommended. VN Holidays can arrange this for you.
Tour operator cancellation: VN Holidays reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any Vietnam tours, Cambodia tours or Laos tours departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. Should the minimum number for a particular trip not be reached, VN Holidays reserves the right to recalculate the cost of the tour based on the number of participants or offer an alternative.
Health and visas: You are responsible for all entry, exit, health and other documents required by law, regulations and requirement of the countries visited or transited including Laos visa from Australia, Vietnam visa from Australia and Cambodia visa from Australia.
Airfares: Subject to airline rules and tariffs. Non-endorsable, cancellation penalties apply, no refund or extensions after ticket issued, reroute restricted, rebook restricted. Please ask your travel agent to explain the full details. If included in the package, Cambodia flights & Vietnam flights will be arranged by your travel agent with Vietnam Airlines as our partner airline.
