Itinerary

Day 01: Sydney/ Melbourne/ Perth - Ho Chi Minh City Arrival - Every Friday (No meal)

Departure from Sydney/ Melbourne/ Perth, Upon arrival at Tan Son Nhat International airport, you are met and transferred to your hotel.

Located in southern Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh City is the economic heart of Vietnam and the main hub of the southern region. A freewheeling, cosmopolitan metropolis, HCMC’s dynamic cityscape draws together old and new Vietnam in the most compact of spaces, representing the city’s past as well as its future.

The arrival time is around 4pm and you have free and easy time to relax and enjoy Ho Chi Minh City by night.

Day 02: Ho Chi Minh City Tour & Cruise Dinner (Breakfast/ Dinner on cruise)

Breakfast at a hotel. Guide will meet at the hotel lobby for a short morning tour around the city centre to admire the French colonial architecture including Saigon Central Post Office, one of the oldest and most attractive buildings in the city with all kinds of traditional postal services like mailing, selling postcards of stamps… Notre Dame Cathedral is the largest church ever built in the French Period.

It was constructed between 1863 and 1880 and all building materials were imported from France. The outside wall of the cathedral was built with bricks from Marseille. Although the contractor did not use coated concrete, these bricks have retained their bright red colour until today. The City Hall of Saigon is one of the famous ancient buildings of Ho Chi Minh City, built in 1902-1908 in a French colonial style.

It was renamed after 1975 as the People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City. Visit the Reunification Palace, known as the famous historical witness which passed through the two fierce wars against the French and American colonists. Nowadays, it has been recognized as a special national relic for its historical and architectural values. Afterward visit the Jade Emperor Pagoda, one of the best examples of Taoist temples in Vietnam followed by a visit to the Museum of War Remnants which provides a very particular but riveting perspective of the Vietnam war.

After lunch ends today’s tour at Binh Tay market in Chinatown. Free afternoon for leisure. This evening, enjoy a romantic dinner on Saigon River cruise, admire the beautiful night sky and the lively Saigon City reflected in the tranquil waters of Saigon River. Overnight in Saigon.

Day 03: Ho Chi Minh City - Nha Trang (Breakfast)

Breakfast at a hotel. Free until time to transfer to the airport for flight to Nha Trang, home to one of the 29 most beautiful bays in the world. Local guides will meet at the airport and transfer to check in the hotel.

Overnight in Cam Ranh bay.
