Day 01: Ho Chi Minh City - Arrival (No Meal)
Arrive at Tan Son Nhat International Airport, welcome by our guide and transfer to your hotel for check-in.
Ho Chi Minh City, formerly and still commonly known as Saigon, is the most populous city in Vietnam. Vibrating with energy and innovation, the city is the economic heart of Vietnam and the main hub of the southern region. As a cosmopolitan metropolis of the country, its dynamic cityscape combining the old and the new of Vietnam has made it one of the most attractive destinations for visitors.

Day 2: Ho Chi Minh City & Cu Chi Tunnel - Full Day Small Group Tour (Breakfast / Lunch)
Take the morning trip to visit Independence Palace, also known at the Reunification palace, was built on the sight of the former Norodom palace. The Independence palace is a widely known landmark of Ho Chi Minh City and was designed by the architect Ngo Viet Thu.
Continue seeing the beautiful structures from the French Colonial times such as the Notre Dame Cathedral, the historic Central Post Office. Followed by the remarkable site of the War Remnants Museum, the museum has a vast display of both the Indochina wars.Have lunch at local restaurant.
Departing for Cu Chi tunnel, the trip will take approximately one and a half hours bus driving. Upon arrival, before exploring the tunnels, you will have some short introduction followed by introductory video about how the tunnels were constructed and how the people survived in the harsh conditions of the war time. Then, spend your time to explore the remaining area and tunnel systems which include the special constructed living areas with kitchens, bedrooms side by side with other martial facilities like storage, weapons factories, field hospitals, and command centers helping whoever lives inside the tunnels meet their basic needs. Besides, there are also many hidden trap doors and dangerous traps within the maze-like tunnels for security purposes during the war. Afterward, special tea and cassava (guerilla food during the war) will be served.
Break time for relax or time for those who want to try the real shooting gun. Return to Saigon. End trip.

Day 4: Ho Chi Minh City flight to Da Nang - transfer to Hoi An (Breakfast)
Our tour guide will meet and pick you up at your hotel to transfer to Tan Son Nhat International Airport to take flights to Da Nang.
Arrival Da Nang airport, pick up by our guide & driver then transfer to Hoi An – a charming ancient town in central Vietnam, famous for its lantern-lit streets, historic architecture, and peaceful riverside atmosphere..

Day 5: Hoi An - Cooking Class (Breakfast / Lunch)
We start the day (08:15am) with a welcome drink at Hai Scout Café – our meeting point.
- Visit Hoi An’s colorful main market, and experience its amazing sights, sounds and aromas. We will have the opportunity to interact with the local sellers, to see and taste the wonderful variety of foods on display.
- We board the Red Bridge boat for a leisurely cruise (25 minutes) along the Hoi An River to the Red Bridge Cooking School. This is a chance to view local river life, so make sure your camera is handy.
- On arrival, we explore the cooking school’s herb and vegetable garden, before learning about some of Hoi An’s and Vietnam’s best-known dishes. The cooking lesson runs for about 2 hours – each dish is first demonstrated by the Red Bridge chefs, before we prepare the same dish ourselves.
Included in the class is a brief introduction to Vietnamese food carving (plate decoration). After the lesson, we sit down and eat exactly what we have cooked.

Our driver picks you up at hotel in Hoi An and transfers to Da Nang airport for flight to Hanoi.
Upon arrival at Hanoi’s Noi Bai International Airport, you will be welcomed by our guide holding a sign with your name on it. After approximately 50 minutes to 1 hour transfer, you will be at your hotel for check-in. (Check in time: 14:00pm)
